That is why we have made tilting our historical salt-loader, so as to make it easier for the operator to load desiccant salt into the insulating glass channels.

Use remains simple and safe: the heated tank maintains the hydrophilic capacity of the desiccant, which is loaded with the chute placed horizontally.

Through operator control then, a piston moves the chute to a maximum tilt of 30°, to allow the product to completely fill the channel.

The chute is also equipped with vibration, so that the profiles are filled completely and evenly.

Available in two lengths, 3mt and 6mt, to suit any production!
