New at Itech: our manual salt loader becomes tilting!
The device is an ideal solution for the easy insertion of desiccant salt into insulating glass channels.
Profile positioning and salt loading is done with the slide placed horizontally.
Through operator control then, a piston moves the table to a maximum tilt of 30° to allow the product to completely fill the channel.
The upper tank is heated to maintain the hydrophilic capabilities of the desiccant.
The slide is equipped with a vibrator to ensure complete and uniform filling of the profiles.
Available in two sizes: length 3mt and 6mt.
