The IT116S Rotary Sealing Table has been designed to assist operators in handling insulated glass units during manual sealing. Its use allows operators to easily rotate glass panes and precisely apply sealant to edges and surfaces without constantly changing positions or lifting heavy panes. This significantly enhances the ergonomics and efficiency of the sealing process, enabling quicker and more precise work.

A centrally mobile suction cup lifts smaller glass panes precisely, ensuring secure anchoring for sealing. For medium to large panes, four corner suction cups with extendable supports provide robust and reliable support, ensuring maximum safety during processing. The table’s movement is precisely guided by an inverter with continuous speed control, allowing optimal management of tasks. Additionally, manually operated extendable arms facilitate the sealing of medium to large glass panes. An air treatment system with a filter is integrated to protect the table’s pneumatic system, extending component longevity and reducing maintenance costs. Precision bearing balls on the glass support surface enable precise positioning, reducing operator effort and enhancing production efficiency.

The table’s versatility is highlighted by the ability to select rotation steps from 90° to 360°, allowing operators to adapt the process to specific production needs. A lever for selecting large or small glass sizes eliminates the need to dismantle machine components during production changes, ensuring a continuous and efficient workflow. Finally, an integrated safety system on the table ensures a secure working environment by preventing operation without proper suction cup engagement, thereby reducing injury risks and improving workplace safety. All operator controls operate at low voltage and comply with European standards to prevent access to hazardous machine parts. Our machinery conforms to CE certification standards.
