The bending pulleys, made of knurled treated steel, provide excellent grip and allow the operator to precisely adjust the curvature of spacer bars of various sizes through wheel/roller adjustments. Adjustment is made through a rotary movement, with the ability to lock the position using tightening screws to prevent unwanted rotation, thereby ensuring optimal control during operation.
With a minimum bending radius of 55-60 mm on 8 mm-thick spacers, this machine offers a wide range of applications, adapting to the specific needs of IGU production. Finally, the chain-driven transmission adds extra strength and durability to the machine, ensuring stable and reliable operation over time.
