Our IT150 Reverse Osmosis Water Demineralizer provides a practical and cost-effective solution for filtering water, thus enhancing the quality of glass panel washing.
The demineralized water produced by the demineralizer is free from mineral ions and other impurities, making it ideal for sensitive applications like glass processing. This purified water is used for washing the glass during the insulating glass unit (IGU) production process, ensuring thorough cleaning without leaving residues. Additionally, using a demineralizer can improve the longevity of the glass washer by reducing lime scale buildup and preventing the risk of corrosion in metal parts.
Our IT150 model comes standard with a storage tank with a capacity of 500 liters. The machine has a demineralization capacity of 150 liters per hour, and the standard tank with an electronic float allows the demineralizer to be operated overnight, reducing costs and ensuring a full tank in the morning, ready to fill your glass washing machine.
