The Glass Roller Press Machine is a semi-automatic solution designed for assembling and pressing double and triple insulating glass units (IGUs), with a thickness range between 12 mm and 50 mm. This device offers flexible and versatile production at a low cost, making it ideal for small glassworks looking to maximize efficiency.

Featuring a painted steel structure, the roller press machine has a configuration that includes an inlet conveyor for external glass coupling, equipped with LED lights, a central station with a roller press, and a fixed outlet conveyor. Upon request, various additional conveyors, such as tilting or angular conveyors, are available to suit different production needs. The semi-automatic system, controlled via a PLC, greatly simplifies the management of the press while simultaneously increasing productivity. The operational process involves the automatic transfer of the first glass from the motorized conveyor to the beginning of the inlet conveyor (where profile alignment takes place). Next, the operator manually positions the spacer and the second glass. The second glass is then inserted into the press using a foot pedal, completing the assembly and pressing cycle.

The operator has control over the pressure applied at various stages, such as at the beginning and end of the panel, as well as the timer and the pressure applied to the horizontal section of the spacer. The software interface offers the user broad operational freedom, allowing for practical and efficient management of each stage of production. Additionally, thanks to the integrated touchscreen, the roller press can be operated manually in the event of electronic component failure, ensuring uninterrupted operational continuity. All available operator controls operate at low voltage and feature safety protections in accordance with European regulations to prevent access to hazardous parts of the machine.
