The TAURO Insulated Glass Production Line is designed to meet the needs of small and medium-sized glass factories, offering a versatile, cost-effective solution with a daily production capacity of approximately 300 insulated glass panels. Fully automated, the TAURO line includes a washing module, a pressing module, and an automatic sealing robot, which can be purchased separately or as a complete line.
The vertical washing machine is adaptable to a wide range of processes, including insulated glass production, grinding, beveling, drilling, CNC machining, tempering, molding, and painting. Featuring an internal stainless steel structure and six Ø150mm brushes, the washeing machine ensures professional cleaning results for glass thicknesses ranging from 3 mm to 25 mm, including low-emissivity (Low-E) glass.
The panel press is equipped with a profile alignment stand and can be configured with or without a gas injection system, depending on the customer’s requirements. This machine can press double or triple glazing compositions with thicknesses up to 60 mm, and supports the bonding of shaped panels or staggered glass, ensuring uniform pressing without deformation or irregularities.
The TAURO sealing robot is designed to seal the insulated glass panels that have been previously bonded and pressed. Capable of sealing double and triple glazing with thicknesses up to 60 mm and seal depths up to 17 mm, the robot is compatible with all major sealants on the market, ensuring a high-quality finish.
All machines are automated and equipped with PLC and touch screen control panels, compatible with Industry 4.0 solutions. The lines can be customized with various options and work direction settings, and support remote assistance. All controls operate at low voltage and comply with European safety standards, with guards to prevent access to hazardous areas. Our machinery is CE certified.
