Our Vacuum Lifting Manipulator is a reliable solution for the quick and safe handling of glass panels, particularly designed for the manipulation of insulating glass unit (IGU) panels from production lines or glass processing centers. This device is equipped with a vacuum pump powered by compressed air and a 200° motorized rotation feature.

The integrated safety system prevents the glass panels from being released without prior placement, while the safety vacuum tank ensures a firm grip on the glass during lifting. Additionally, an audible alarm alerts the operator when the glass sheet needs to be lifted. The crane’s up-and-down controls are included on the manipulator’s console, providing direct and immediate control of operations. For added convenience, an optional electrical connection to the crane’s hoist via an electrical cable and connector is available, further simplifying the lifting and handling of glass.
