Our Glass Horizontal Washing Machine is designed to meet the needs of glassworks, both small and large, engaged in double-sided grinding or other types of horizontal flat glass processing. This innovative solution is specifically designed to efficiently and precisely handle large volumes of glass, ensuring uniform cleaning while minimizing damage during transport. The ITECH glass horizontal washing machine features a structure composed of several functional sections, each designed to optimize the washing and drying process. The entry zone is equipped with PVC-coated rollers to facilitate the entry of material to be processed. The washing section is equipped with cylindrical brushes and independent tanks to ensure thorough and complete cleaning.
The drying phase is handled by 2 to 4 blowers, driven by a centrifugal fan typically located within the washer, ensuring fast and efficient drying. Finally, the exit zone has a free roller (non-motorized) to ease the discharge of washed panels. The working speed of the washer is fully adjustable, allowing variation from 1.5 to 4/6 meters per minute to suit different production needs. Additionally, it can wash panels with thicknesses ranging from 3 to 24 mm (with the possibility to provide higher specifications upon request).
The washing machine structure is made of robust painted steel, ensuring strength and durability over time. All parts in contact with water are made of stainless steel, ensuring greater hygiene and preventing corrosion. The operator can easily control the machine through an intuitive control panel, with all controls operating at low voltage and equipped with safety protections in accordance with European regulations to ensure maximum workplace safety. Moreover, our horizontal washer complies with CE certification standards.
