The IT106G Bi-Component Pneumatic Extruder is an essential and reliable solution for professionals in the insulating glass unit (IGU) manufacturing industry, providing complete control during the extrusion process. With an extrusion capacity of up to 1600 cc per minute (at 23°C), this manual extruder ensures fast sealing and precise dosing, minimizing material waste and offering ease of use. The uniform distribution of the material significantly reduces the risk of defects in the final product.
The base component pump and the catalyst pump are pneumatically powered with a 55:1 ratio, ensuring uniform mixing thanks to the mechanically linked assembly. The alpha-mix system, positioned near the extrusion flow gun, provides efficient mixing, while the double-seal pressing plate ensures optimal sealing. A swiveling arm supports the mixer hoses, allowing precise pressure control and the use of manual valves for product purging. An automatic valve regulates the maximum pressure, and fixing brackets ensure stability, with all controls centralized on a single panel for easy management. The machine also offers the ability to adjust the ratio between component A and catalyst, and it is equipped with pressure min/max alarms and component end-of-barrel (A-B) indicators, providing maximum versatility and safety during extrusion. All operator controls operate at low voltage and are equipped with safety protections in accordance with European regulations to prevent access to hazardous parts of the machine.
